This Hazy IPA erupts with a complex tropical profile, showcasing a masterful blend of Citra, Mega Motueka, Superdelic, HBC 630, and Rakau. A glowing, opaque orange pour releases intense aromas of mango, lime zest, and stone fruits like apricot and peach. The palate is a saturated tropical rhapsody of passionfruit and sweet red berries, supported by a soft, bready malt base. With a medium-full, pillowy body and restrained bitterness, it delivers a smooth, juicy experience. The finish is clean yet lingering, highlighting the vibrant interplay of New Zealand and American hop varieties in a truly monstrous display of fruit-forward intensity.

Appearance. SRM 5. Opaque, glowing orange-gold. Dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick, persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Explosive tropical notes of ripe mango and passionfruit. Layers of sweet candy, red berries, and stone fruit like apricot and peach are prominent. Background of soft, doughy, bready malt; no caramel or toast notes. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Immediate burst of tropical fruit including pineapple and lime zest. Mid-palate reveals red berry and peach complexity. Malt flavor is low to medium, providing a soft cereal-like support. Bitterness is low to moderate and well-restrained, leading to a smooth, juicy, off-dry finish with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth mouthfeel with no astringency or harsh hop burn. Subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
