This Double IPA is a sensory behemoth that leads with a powerful tropical and citrus charge. The hop profile is exceptionally complex, utilizing Citra and Mosaic to deliver intense notes of mango and tangerine, while Eukanot and Nectarom add layers of papaya and stone fruit. The addition of Ahhhhroma hops introduces a subtle, spicy complexity that balances the fruit-forward character. A lean, neutral malt base allows the hops to remain the focal point, finishing with a crisp, dry edge. Despite its strength, the beer maintains high drinkability with a clean fermentation profile and a firm, well-integrated bitterness that defines the style.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM); moderate-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing; good clarity with a very slight haze from heavy dry-hopping.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring mango, pineapple, and citrus zest. Secondary notes of stone fruit and a distinct spicy, resinous edge. Malt is low and neutral-grainy. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical and citrus fruit flavor. Hop bitterness is moderately high but smooth, never harsh. Minimal malt presence provides a soft, crackery support. Finish is dry and clean with a lingering resinous and spicy hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth provides a pleasant glow without being hot or solventy.
