Pulfer Brewery

This Triple IPA unleashes a ferocious hop profile featuring Mosaic, Galaxy, Eukanot, and Superdelic. It leads with a saturated aroma of mango, pineapple, and zesty grapefruit, complemented by the distinct red berry and candy-like notes of Superdelic. The palate is a dense tapestry of tropical fruit juice and ripe stone fruit, supported by a soft, pillowy malt backbone that masks its significant strength. Despite the high alcohol, it maintains a lush, creamy texture with a restrained bitterness that prioritizes hop saturation over harshness. It is a powerful, fruit-forward experience that balances intense hop oils with a smooth, warming finish.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Opaque, dense haze. Thick, creamy off-white head with excellent persistence and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Explosive tropical notes of passionfruit and papaya from Galaxy, coupled with Mosaic’s blueberry and dank resin. Eukanot adds lime zest and melon, while Superdelic contributes candy-like red fruit. Clean, bready malt in the background with a hint of sweet alcohol.

Taste. Initial punch of tropical fruit juice. Bold citrus flavors of tangerine and lime lead into a stone fruit middle of peach and apricot. Low to moderate bitterness provides structure against a soft, doughy malt profile. The finish is long and fruity with a well-integrated, warming alcohol presence.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full-bodied and velvety with a rich, creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth that avoids being hot or solventy. Very low astringency.
