This American IPA is a masterclass in the Single Malt and Single Hop format, specifically designed to showcase the aggressive and complex profile of the Chinook hop. The sensory experience is led by intense aromas of resinous pine needles and pungent grapefruit zest, which transition seamlessly into the flavor profile. A clean, grainy base malt provides a lean foundation, allowing the hop's signature spicy and forest-like qualities to dominate.
