Grandeza presents a vibrant, tropical evolution of the traditional Gose, amplified to an imperial strength. The sensory experience is defined by a bold infusion of pineapple and dragonfruit, which lend both a lush sweetness and a striking magenta-tinted appearance. Aromatically, the bright, citrusy character of coriander melds with juicy tropical notes and a clean, lactic tartness. On the palate, the bready foundation of Pilsner and wheat malts supports a complex balance of tangy fruit and a distinct sea salt minerality.
