The hop profile is dominated by the synergistic interplay of Mosaic, Amarillo, and Sabro, delivering a punchy bouquet of ripe mango, sweet tangerine, and a distinct creamy coconut undertone. On the palate, the hop-forward intensity shifts toward stone fruit and juicy citrus, supported by a soft, pillowy malt backbone of grainy wheat and oats. A subtle, well-integrated bitterness ensures high drinkability, while the finish is smooth and slightly off-dry. Appearance. Straw to deep gold (SRM 4–6) with a pronounced, opaque haze that gives the liquid a luminous quality. Features a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of crushed pineapple, passion fruit, and lime zest. Distinctive accents of coconut from the Sabro hops meld with the blueberry and stone fruit notes of Mosaic.
