This collaborative Double New England IPA between Prizm and Alefarm radiates with a saturated, tropical intensity. A heavy double dry-hopping regimen showcases a complex interplay of Mosaic and Amarillo, offering deep notes of ripe mango and zesty tangerine. Simcoe adds a subtle resinous depth and passionfruit edge, while the addition of Superdelic introduces unique layers of red fruit and sweet candy. At 8% ABV, the beer maintains a plush, velvety texture typical of the hazy style, balancing its potent hop oils with a soft, bready malt base. The result is a lush, vibrant sensory experience with a gentle, lingering bitterness.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange; opaque and hazy. Large, creamy, persistent white head with significant lacing.
