Mesozoic is a vibrant Hazy IPA collaboration between Prizm and Moersleutel, delivering a saturated sensory experience through intensive double dry-hopping. The Super Sauvin hops provide a sophisticated layer of crushed white grapes and gooseberry, while Citra adds bright grapefruit and lime zest. Nectaron dominates the mid-palate with intense ripe peach and pineapple notes, further amplified by the stone fruit esters of LalBrew Pomona yeast. Expect a luminous, juice-like character with a soft, pillowy texture that carries these tropical layers through a gentle, low-bitterness finish, showcasing modern biotransformation at its peak in a remarkably drinkable format.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM); opaque, uniform haze with a luminous glow; thick, rocky white head with excellent persistence and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit; dominant notes of peach, nectarine, and passion fruit. Secondary layers of white grape, gooseberry, and pink grapefruit. Background malt is neutral and bready with no caramel presence.

Taste. Explosive fruit-forward profile featuring mango, pineapple, and ripe stone fruits. A soft, grainy malt backbone supports the hops without competing. Bitterness is low to medium-low, appearing smooth and integrated rather than sharp. The finish is off-dry and juicy with a lingering citrus and white wine aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and creamy texture; moderate carbonation; very low alcohol warmth; smooth and devoid of hop astringency or harshness.
