This American IPA is a vibrant exploration of New Zealand hop intensity, featuring the distinctive white wine and gooseberry notes of Nelson Sauvin delivered through Subzero Hop Kief. Rakau adds layers of ripe apricot and plum, while Superdelic contributes a unique burst of red berries and tropical candy. The aroma is saturated and punchy, supported by a lean, grainy malt base. Despite its modern double dry-hopped leanings, it maintains the core structural integrity of the style with a clean fermentation profile and a refreshing finish that highlights the complex interplay of Southern Hemisphere fruit character.

Appearance. Medium gold with a pale amber hue (7 SRM). The beer displays a significant, persistent haze from heavy dry-hopping. It is topped with a medium-sized, off-white head with excellent persistence and thick lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma characterized by prominent gooseberry, white grape, and passion fruit. Secondary layers of stone fruit, such as apricot and peach, are joined by a distinct sweet red berry note. Low, clean, doughy maltiness provides a neutral background with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. High hop flavor featuring tropical citrus, ripe plum, and berry candy. The malt flavor is low and crackery, supporting a firm, medium-high bitterness. The finish is dry to medium-dry, leaving a lingering hop-forward aftertaste of resinous fruit and clean bitterness without any harsh edges.

Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate. It offers a very light, smooth alcohol warmth and no notable astringency or hop burn.
