This Double IPA showcases a vibrant, lupulin-saturated profile driven by a massive double dry-hop addition of Azacca, Krush, Citra, and Mosaic. The sensory journey begins with an explosive bouquet of tropical mango, ripe papaya, and zesty grapefruit. On the palate, the intense stone fruit and berry notes from the Mosaic and Krush hops are supported by a lean, neutral malt base that keeps the focus squarely on the hop saturation. A firm bitterness provides structure, while the 8% ABV lends a smooth, integrated warmth. Finishes crisp and dry, leaving a lingering trail of resinous citrus and tropical zest.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (6–8 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent, white head that leaves dense lacing. Clarity is clear to slightly hazy, which is acceptable for a heavily dry-hopped modern version.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), citrus (grapefruit), and stone fruit, with a subtle blueberry and piney edge. Malt is low and neutral, providing a soft grainy background. Fermentation profile is clean with very low fruity esters.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors dominated by tropical fruit, citrus zest, and resin. Malt flavor is low and unobtrusive, appearing as a clean, soft cracker note. High bitterness that is firm but lacks harshness, leading into a dry finish. The aftertaste is long and hoppy, showcasing lingering resinous pine and citrus oils.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present but not solventy, with no hop-derived astringency.
