This Wild Specialty Beer offers a vibrant and complex sensory profile driven by a trio of tropical and stone fruits. Aromas of tart passion fruit, ripe mango, and jammy apricot lead the experience, seamlessly integrated with a rustic wild fermentation character. Despite the 8% ABV, the beer remains exceptionally drinkable, featuring a sharp yet balanced lactic acidity that brightens the stone fruit notes. The funk of Brettanomyces provides depth with hints of hay and leather, while the fruit additions ensure a lush, aromatic finish. It is a bold, fruit-forward ale that balances funky complexity with a crisp, refreshing tartness.

Appearance. SRM 6-10; hazy, deep gold to burnished orange with a moderate, fine-beaded white head that leaves light lacing; occasional particulates from fruit are acceptable.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant tropical notes of passion fruit and pulpy mango are layered over a distinct apricot stone-fruit character. A noticeable wild funk provides complexity through scents of hay, earth, and light leather, complemented by a sharp, clean lactic acidity.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply tart and fruit-driven. Intense flavors of passion fruit and mango dominate the mid-palate, followed by a subtle, fleshy apricot sweetness that has been fermented nearly dry. Malt is low and cracker-like. Hop bitterness is very low, as the balance is firmly tilted toward acidity. The finish is very dry and crisp with lingering tropical fruit esters and a mild funky aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body; highly attenuated and leaner than the ABV suggests. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a prickly, refreshing sensation. Subtle alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. Very low fruit-skin astringency.
