This German Pils from the Allgäu region presents a brilliant, pale yellow hue crowned by a fine-pored, persistent white head. The sensory experience is defined by a slender and balanced body that highlights high-quality Pilsner malt, providing a foundation of soft doughy and lightly toasted cracker notes. Traditional German hops offer a moderate, refined floral and herbal aroma that integrates seamlessly with a clean fermentation profile. On the palate, a crisp initial malt sweetness is quickly countered by a firm yet elegant bitterness typical of the style, leading into a refreshing and notably dry finish that emphasizes its regional Bavarian character.

Appearance. Brilliant, pale straw to light yellow (2-3 SRM). Pours with a thick, fine-pored, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring prominent herbal and spicy hop notes. The malt character is low to medium, reminiscent of fresh grain, dough, and a hint of honey. Clean fermentation profile with no yeast-derived esters.
