This Czech Amber Lager presents a sophisticated "half-dark" profile, artfully blending Pilsner, Munich, and Caramel malts with a touch of Wheat malt for enhanced head retention. The aroma is defined by a gentle, sweet caramel presence and toasted bread crusts. Traditional Czech hops, specifically Žatecký poloraný červeňák and Sládek, contribute a delicate spicy and herbal character that balances the rich malt backbone. On the palate, expect a harmonious interplay of bready sweetness and a refreshing, brisk bitterness. It finishes clean with a lingering malt fullness, embodying the Polotmavé tradition of balancing depth with high drinkability and a pleasant sharpness.

Appearance. Deep amber to copper (12-14 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Large, pale creamy, thick head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity. Rich malt-forward bouquet featuring toasted bread, biscuit, and sweet caramel. Distinctive herbal and spicy hop notes from the Czech varieties. Clean lager fermentation profile with very low fruity esters and no perceptible diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression of medium malt complexity featuring graham cracker and caramel sweetness. Moderate hop bitterness provides balance.
