This Wild Specialty Beer offers a vibrant sensory journey, led by the intense tropical tang of Passionfruit and the soft, fleshy sweetness of Peach and Apricot. The addition of wheat, oats, and Lactose creates a remarkably smooth and creamy foundation that balances the sharp, refreshing lactic acidity. While the wild fermentation provides a crisp, clean background, the focus remains firmly on the lush fruit profile. It drinks with a refreshing brightness, where the tartness is elegantly softened by the residual sweetness of the sugars, resulting in a complex, fruit-forward experience with a clean, lingering stone-fruit finish.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, glowing apricot-orange with a moderate, fine-beaded white head that dissipates relatively quickly. Persistent haze is present due to the wheat and oat content.
