This vibrant American Pale Ale captures a bright, modern hop profile. The intentional pairing of Citra and Nectaron hops drives a punchy sensory experience, leading with an explosion of fresh lime zest, grapefruit, and sun-ripened peach. A lean, neutral malt base provides just enough structural support without obscuring the fruit-forward hop intensity. Its clean fermentation and moderate bitterness ensure a refreshing, sessionable character that finishes crisp and dry. Appearance. Pale golden (6 SRM) with excellent clarity. Pours with a moderately large, frothy white head that shows good retention and leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
