Pretty Decent Beer Co

Chipmunk Disco is an assertive Double IPA that showcases a vibrant, high-energy hop profile. Dominant aromas of zesty lime and crushed gooseberry emerge from the combination of Motueka and Nelson Sauvin, while Citra provides a solid foundation of bright grapefruit and ripe mango. The palate follows with intense tropical fruit flavors and a clean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hop character to remain center stage. At 8.5% ABV, a smooth alcohol warmth complements the firm, resinous bitterness. It finishes dry and crisp with a lingering vinous and citrus aftertaste, epitomizing the bold and modern American hop forwardness.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper with good clarity and a persistent, off-white, creamy head that leaves decorative lacing.
