Tsubaki presents a vibrant, sun-drenched sensory profile that belies its light stature, leaning into the stone fruit character of Idaho 7 and the resinous depths of Simcoe. This American IPA captures a spring-like brightness, opening with vivid notes of ripe apricot and soft peach, grounded by a classic pine needle and grapefruit zest undertone. Despite the low alcohol, the hop expression remains forward and expressive. A lean malt backbone provides just enough support to ensure a crisp, refreshing finish. The result is a clean, hop-focused experience that emphasizes tropical vibrancy and resinous clarity without heavy malt interference.

Appearance. Medium gold (5 SRM). Medium-sized, white head with good persistence and light lacing. Slight haze is present.
