Pressure Drop’s Fast Fruits is an effervescent Berliner Weisse that transforms the classic German sour with a dual-threat addition of pineapple and raspberry. The sensory experience is led by a sharp, clean lactic acidity that serves as a canvas for the juicy, tropical notes of pineapple and the bright, floral tartness of fresh raspberries. A delicate foundation of doughy wheat malt provides just enough structure to support the fruit without detracting from the beer's lean, refreshing character. With its low alcohol and high carbonation, it offers a crisp, exceptionally dry finish that emphasizes fruit-forward refreshment over complex fermentation funk.

Appearance. Pale pinkish-gold with a slight haze from fruit solids and wheat malt. Large, white to faintly pink-tinted head with poor retention; highly effervescent with fast-rising bubbles.

Aroma. Moderate to moderately high intensity featuring sharp lactic sourness. Dominant scents of fresh pineapple and tart raspberry are layered over a light, raw bread dough wheat character. No hop aroma or significant fermentation funk.

Taste. Clean, assertive lactic sourness dominates the initial impression. Bright pineapple sweetness and tart raspberry flavors provide a fruity core, supported by a low, grainy wheat malt presence. Hop bitterness is undetectable; the sharp acidity provides total balance. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering tart berry and tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied but not thin, with a very high carbonation level that creates a prickly, refreshing sensation. No alcohol warmth. Crisp acidity with no astringency.
