Constant presents a vibrant, hop-forward profile that defines the modern American Pale Ale style. At its core, the use of Strata and Mosaic hops drives a lush sensory experience characterized by bright notes of passionfruit, ripened strawberry, and subtle blueberry, underpinned by the citrus and pine nuances of Erebus. A neutral, grainy malt base provides just enough structure to support the aromatic intensity without competing. The finish is crisp and clean, reflecting its moderate ABV and a well-integrated bitterness that invites another sip, showcasing a masterful interplay between New World hop complexity and classic drinkability.
Appearance. Pale gold with a slight, modern hazy sheen (SRM 5). Topped by a dense, persistent white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.
Aroma. Moderate-high hop intensity featuring prominent tropical fruit. Strata contributes distinctive aromas of passionfruit and strawberry, while Mosaic adds layers of citrus and stone fruit.
