Pressure Drop Brewing

Bungalow Bliss is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures a lush escape into tropical indulgence. Pouring with an opaque, glowing luminescence, it leads with an intense aromatic profile of ripe mango, passion fruit, and bright citrus. The palate is dominated by a juicy hop character that leans heavily into stone fruit and tropical notes, supported by a soft, pillowy malt backbone of grainy wheat and oats. Despite its 7.2% alcohol, the bitterness remains remarkably restrained and smooth, allowing the fruit-forward esters to shine. It finishes with a refreshing, clean fruitiness and a medium-full mouthfeel with a lively, fizzy carbonation that invites another sip.

Appearance. Straw to light amber with an orange hue (4–6 SRM). Opaque haze providing a characteristic shine. Thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring tropical fruits like pineapple and mango, alongside citrus and stone fruit. Background malt is clean, bready, and lightly grainy. Fermentation character is neutral to slightly fruity, complementing the hop profile.

Taste. High tropical and stone fruit hop flavors dominate the initial impression. Low to medium bready malt flavor provides a soft base. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft water profile and body. Finishes off-dry to medium with a lingering, smooth fruit character and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate to high carbonation gives a lively, fizzy sensation. Subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present. Smooth mouthfeel with no astringency or raw starchiness.
