Pressure Drop Brewing

Allegro is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the distinct antipodean swagger of Australian hops. Enigma hops provide a complex layer of red currant and berry-like character, while Vic Secret delivers an explosion of tropical fruit and pineapple sweetness. This hazy, pale-gold ale opens with a lush, fruit-forward profile that avoids any harshness. The malt base remains light and bready, serving as a soft canvas for the intense hop saturation. With its smooth, medium-full body and restrained bitterness, the beer offers a juicy, refreshing experience that highlights the unique interaction between tropical sweetness and subtle tart berry notes.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (5 SRM). Opaque haze with a characteristic shine; no visible particulates. Thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pineapple, passionfruit, and a distinct red currant snap. Malt is supportive and lightly bready. Fermentation is clean with fruity esters that complement the Australian hop profile.
