They decided to take their hobby brewing to a commercial level after winning ‘Best Hobby Beer in Belgium’ for this beer in the Brouwland Beer League in 2011. It’s easy to see why the judges were inspired by Préaris Quadrupel. Pouring a deep chestnut colour, rich aromas of ripe plums, figs and nuts rise from the beer.
