Praxis Lausus presents a refreshing sensory experience inspired by the Lousã mountains. This Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer pours a brilliant golden color, immediately releasing a high-intensity bouquet of fresh botanicals. Distinctive notes of river mint (hortelã ribeira) and peppermint offer a cooling, menthol-like edge, while lemon verbena (lúcia-lima) adds a bright, citrus-forward lift. Pennyroyal (poejo) contributes an earthy, aromatic depth that anchors the herbal profile. Underpinned by a clean, grainy malt base, the palate is crisp and dry, delivering a harmonious fusion of mountain herbs and a balanced, sessionable ale character with a uniquely forest-fresh finish.
Appearance. Deep gold (5–6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a moderate, persistent white head that leaves light lacing on the glass.
