At 4.5% ABV, it presents a brilliant straw-gold hue topped with a resilient white foam. The aromatic profile is led by assertive spicy and herbal German hops, supported by a delicate foundation of grainy-sweet Pilsner malt reminiscent of fresh-baked crackers and honey. On the palate, a clean, crisp bitterness takes center stage, quickly washing away the initial doughy malt sweetness to leave a bone-dry, refreshing finish.
