This Double IPA showcases a robust interplay between intense American hops and a complex base of six distinct malts. Aromas of bright citrus and resinous pine lead the charge, immediately signaling its modern heritage. The palate reveals a significant hop punch, yet it remains remarkably harmonious as the diverse malt bill provides a round, supportive structure of toasted bread and light caramel notes. At 8% ABV, the alcohol is smoothly integrated, enhancing the beer's substantial presence without overwhelming the senses. Appearance. Deep gold to pale copper (SRM 8-12) with excellent clarity. Topped by a dense, persistent, off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High to intense hop presence featuring prominent notes of grapefruit zest, resinous pine, and hints of tropical fruit. Background malt character is clean but suggestive of toasted grain and light honey, with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Bold hop-forward flavors mirroring the aroma—heavy citrus and resin. The bitterness is high but well-rounded by a supportive malt backbone that adds depth. Notes of biscuit and light caramel emerge mid-palate. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a long, clean, bitter aftertaste.
