This Czech Premium Pale Lager showcases a classic profile refined by five weeks of cold lagering. The aroma is defined by a prominent spicy and floral bouquet of Saaz hops, layered over a foundation of rich, bready malt. Its appearance is a brilliant deep gold with a dense, creamy white head. On the palate, the Saaz hops provide a soft yet assertive bitterness that balances the complex, biscuit-like malt sweetness. The extended lagering ensures an exceptionally clean finish, where the interplay of herbal hop notes and rounded maltiness lingers pleasantly without harshness, embodying a sophisticated and highly drinkable pilsner-style beer.

Appearance. Deep gold (SRM 5) with brilliant clarity. Features a dense, long-lasting, and creamy white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Medium-high intensity with a rich, bready malt character. A sophisticated bouquet of spicy and floral Saaz hops is prominent. The fermentation is very clean, showing no esters or sulfur.

Taste. A rich and complex bready malt flavor provides the foundation, quickly met by a pronounced yet soft and rounded bitterness. The hop flavor is distinctly spicy and herbal from the Saaz variety. The finish is long and well-balanced, retaining a gentle malt sweetness while the hop bitterness remains clean and refreshing.
