This collaboration between Popihn and Ārpus presents a vibrant Hazy IPA defined by an exotic hop profile and aromatic vanilla beans. The HBC 1019 hops contribute lush layers of honeydew melon and valencia orange, while Sabro imparts its signature creamy coconut and stone fruit essence. Sorachi Ace adds a distinct, bright lemon zest that cuts through the soft, pillowy body. The addition of vanilla beans provides a smooth, marshmallow-like sweetness that ties the tropical flavors together. Expect an intensely juicy experience with a restrained bitterness, emphasizing a lush, fruit-forward profile and a rounded, silk-like finish.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (4-6 SRM); opaque with a substantial, glowing haze. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of coconut, pineapple, and honeydew melon. A bright citrus edge of lemon zest is evident, layered over a sweet, creamy vanilla bean presence. Low bready malt character sits in the background, complemented by light fruity esters.

Taste. High hop flavor of tropical stone fruit, orange, and creamy coconut. The vanilla beans provide a soft, sweet-spice depth that rounds out the herbal lemon character of the Sorachi Ace hops. Low to moderate bitterness is well-integrated, leading to a soft, juicy, off-dry finish with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift. Alcohol presence is very well-integrated, offering only a subtle, clean warmth without any harshness or astringency.
