Ponent de Blat is a sessionable Weissbier that captures the classic Bavarian spirit with a focus on refreshing drinkability. Brewed with a foundation of Pale Ale malt and Wheat malt, it presents a soft, bready grain character that supports the signature yeast profile. The sensory experience is defined by a harmonious balance of ripe banana esters and spicy clove phenols, derived from its traditional high fermentation.
