An initial experiment into seeing what what the most potent flavour combination we could possibly pack into a smashable pint-focused beer bears fruit again with Is It Over. After keeping the ABV purposely low on our last effort with this combo, Chasing Lights, we’ve nudged the strength of this beer up and the results are phenomenal. A crisp bitter base plays off biscuity sweetness from our Polly’s grist bill, whilst our dry hop bill of a stalwart hop here at the brewery in Simcoe, and new brewing industry darling Strata bring a tropical punchbowl of apricot, berry and passionfruit, backed up with that distinctive thick Amsterdam coffee shop smoke aroma.

Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.
