Põhjala Vaquero Breakfast (Cellar Series)

A Mexican campfire-inspired Imperial Stout brewed with Ancho Mulato chillis and aged in Tequila and Bourbon barrels.
Aromas of leather and pipe tobacco mingle with spicy malts and sweet red berries, before being joined by lightly toasted coconut.
Flavours of sweet agave and chocolate mingle with warming toasted chilli and spices, reminding you of spiced mole with a mezcal to follow. Fruity dried berries join the mix with more spice and hints of gentle smoke, and freshly cracked long pepper on the finish.
