This California-inspired Hazy IPA delivers an intensely aromatic experience, reminiscent of a tropical punch bowl. Vibrant layers of pineapple, passionfruit, and ripe peach emerge from the expert application of Galaxy and Mosaic hops, further accented by a subtle hint of white grape must. The grain bill, incorporating Wheat malt and Oat flakes, provides an exceptionally silky mouthfeel that carries a bright lemon and lime citrus kick through the palate. Despite its sessionable strength, the addition of Cara pale malt adds a touch of depth, resulting in a beer that finishes dry, clean, and remarkably refreshing.

Appearance. Pale golden (approx 3-5 SRM) with a distinct, cloudy haze and a fluffy, meringue-like white head that demonstrates high retention.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical pineapple, passionfruit, and juicy stone fruit (peach), with a light citrus zest. Low bready malt character from the wheat and oats; clean fermentation with no esters clashing with the hops.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring tropical notes and a sharp lemon-lime citrus presence. Malt flavor is low and neutral, providing a light bready backbone. Perceived bitterness is moderate and well-balanced, leading into a very dry, clean finish without hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a characteristic silky, smooth texture from the oat flakes. Moderate carbonation with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
