Appearance. Pale straw (SRM 2) with brilliant clarity. Topped by a white, frothy head with moderate to low persistence and minimal lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity with a clean, grainy, and slightly sweet malt character. A very subtle spicy or floral hop aroma is present in the background. Clean fermentation profile with no detectable esters or phenols.
Taste. Initial impression is neutral and crisp with light grainy malt flavors. Low hop bitterness is well-integrated, supported by a faint herbal hop flavor. The balance is nearly even between malt and bitterness, finishing very dry and clean with a short, refreshing aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light body with high carbonation providing a noticeable prickly carbonic bite. No perceived alcohol warmth. Smooth, thin texture typical of a highly attenuated, alcohol-free lager.
