This modern American Pale Ale presents a vibrant tapestry of new-world hop aromatics atop a clean, sessionable 5% ABV frame. The inclusion of Mosaic delivers bold layers of ripe mango and wild blueberry, while Sabro introduces a distinct, creamy coconut and subtle cedar complexity. Hallertau Blanc refines the profile with delicate notes of white grape and elderflower. A restrained, grainy malt backbone ensures the hop character remains the focal point without becoming overbearing. The finish is crisp and refreshing, featuring a moderate bitterness that invites another sip while allowing the intricate fruit and tropical hop notes to linger gracefully on the palate.

Appearance. Luminous pale gold with an SRM of 5. It displays brilliant clarity and is topped by a voluminous, persistent snowy-white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical and vinous notes. Pronounced scents of blueberry and passion fruit from Mosaic mix with Sabro-derived coconut and cream. Hallertau Blanc contributes a sophisticated white wine and lemongrass top note. Low neutral grainy maltiness provides a clean, supportive canvas with no DMS or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of pineapple and citrus, followed quickly by a mid-palate featuring coconut and gooseberry.
