This American Barleywine presents a sophisticated collision of resinous hops and deep stone fruit richness. The addition of Mirabelle plums introduces a bright, honeyed tartness that weaves through a dense tapestry of caramel and toasted malt. Extensive aging in Plum Liqueur barrels infuses the profile with decadent notes of jammy fruit, marzipan, and a spirit-forward warmth. Despite the massive 12% ABV and lush residual sweetness, a firm, lingering hop bitterness provides essential structure, cutting through the chewy, velvety texture. It is a contemplative sipper where the vibrant Mirabelle plums elevate the traditional malt-forward intensity of the style.

Appearance. Deep copper to light brown with prominent ruby highlights. Moderately low light tan head with limited retention. Excellent clarity and visible legs as the liquid clings to the glass.
