This Fruit Beer, built upon a lush IPA foundation, delivers an immersive stone fruit experience. Dominated by the succulent essence of fresh peaches and apricots, the profile is intensely aromatic and vibrantly juicy. The base beer provides a soft, pillowy texture that supports the bright acidity and natural character of the added fruit without veering into confectionery territory. While the fruit is the star, a supportive hop presence adds layers of tropical citrus, ensuring the character remains firmly rooted in the IPA tradition. It finishes clean and balanced, showcasing a mastery in integrating whole fruit into a modern, hop-forward framework.

Appearance. Pours a deep, hazy gold to soft orange (8–10 SRM) with a thick, frothy off-white head that leaves persistent lacing. The inclusion of peaches and apricots lends a distinctive matte glow to the clarity.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of ripe peach and fuzzy apricot skins are immediate. These are complemented by tropical hop notes of mango and passionfruit. Very low bready malt sweetness underpins the fruit, with a clean fermentation profile free of distracting esters or phenols.

Taste. The initial impression is a burst of sun-ripened apricot and sweet peach flesh. A moderate hop bitterness provides a necessary counterpoint to the fruit’s natural sugars.
