This pale gold ale bursts with high carbonation, delivering a spritzy, refreshing mouthfeel that belies its sessionable strength. A hop-forward profile brings forth distinct herbal and earthy notes, reminiscent of Pride of Ringwood, intertwined with delicate esters of pear and crisp apple. Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 5-6 SRM) with a tall, frothy, and highly persistent white head. Notable effervescence with tiny, fast-rising bubbles; typically presented with a cloudy, yeasty haze, though brilliant clarity is possible if carefully decanted.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a balanced blend of pear and apple esters and earthy, herbaceous hop notes. The malt character is neutral and grainy to lightly bready, lacking any caramel. A very faint, fresh yeasty sulfur note may be detectable.

Taste. Initial bready malt sweetness is quickly countered by a medium-high bitterness that rises mid-palate.
