This English Porter presents a robust, comforting profile tailored for cold weather. An inviting bouquet of milk chocolate, toasted biscuit, and soft toffee is heightened by the aromatic presence of vanilla beans. The palate mirrors this richness, offering layers of nutty malt complexity and a gentle, creamy sweetness that balances the mild, earthy hop bitterness. Despite its strength, the mouthfeel remains velvety and smooth, punctuated by a gentle alcoholic warmth that lingers alongside notes of cocoa. It is a decadent interpretation that emphasizes the softer, more caramelly aspects of the style while introducing a luxurious, spice-driven finish.

Appearance. Deep mahogany to dark brown with brilliant ruby highlights when held to the light. It supports a persistent, creamy, light tan head with moderate lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring rich chocolate, toasted hazelnut, and dark toffee. A prominent, sweet vanilla character integrates with low floral hop notes and subtle red berry esters.
