This Hazy IPA, a collaboration with KIHOSKH, presents a saturated tropical profile driven by a heavy-hitting hop trio of Citra, HBC 431, and Denali. The grist, featuring Pilsner zero, Wheat malt, and a substantial addition of Malted oats and Golden naked oats, creates a soft, pillowy canvas for the vibrant aromatics. Aromas of stewed mango and lychee merge with delicate notes of freshly brewed white tea and lemongrass. On the palate, a juicy explosion of pineapple and sweet white grape dominates, balanced by a restrained bitterness and a smooth, silky finish. It is a quintessential expression of the style, emphasizing fruit depth and a lush, approachable texture.
