This modern Double IPA offers an evocative sensory experience, defined by the interplay between innovative hop selections and toasted birch bark. High-intensity aromatics of white peach and honeydew melon from the Vista hops lead the profile, layered with deep berry and tropical mango notes characteristic of Mosaic BBC. The inclusion of toasted birch bark introduces a unique, earthy woodiness and a hint of forest spice that cuts through the juicy fruit core. Supported by a neutral, grainy malt base, the beer maintains high drinkability with a crisp, dry finish that balances assertive bitterness with a subtle, lingering tannic complexity.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (SRM 7-9) with a slight, persistent haze. Features a moderate-sized, creamy white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of melon, papaya, and white peach, alongside berries and tropical fruit. A subtle, unique toasted woodiness and light spice from the birch bark are present, backed by a very low, clean, grainy malt character.

Taste. Leading with intense flavors of mango, berry, and stone fruit. The mid-palate reveals an intriguing woody, earthy depth from the birch bark. Bitterness is firm but well-integrated and smooth, never harsh. The malt flavor is low and neutral, allowing the hops and botanical additions to dominate through a dry, clean finish with a lingering resinous and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, accompanied by a faint, pleasant tannic dryness on the tongue.
