This sessionable Belgian Pale Ale presents a modern twist on tradition, utilizing a clean Belgian yeast strain to establish a dry, peppery foundation. The aromatic profile is defined by the classic herbal spice of Saaz hops, elegantly layered with the bright, citrusy punch of Citra from both hot-side additions and cold-side dry-hopping. A base of toasty, bready malts provides a smooth canvas for notes of pear and lemon to emerge. Light-bodied and refreshing, it balances soft honey-like sweetness with a crisp, hoppy finish, offering a refined, highly drinkable interpretation of the style with an updated, hop-forward character.
