This English Imperial Stout presents a sophisticated profile defined by its striking basalt-like darkness and a dense, chocolate-hued foam. At 9.5% alcohol by volume, the sensory journey begins with an inviting aroma of deeply toasted grains, bittersweet chocolate, and subtle hints of dried plum. The palate is characterized by a remarkable balance, where rich roasted notes of coffee and cocoa meld seamlessly with a medium body that avoids becoming cloying.
