This American IPA offers a vibrant sensory collision, where the pungent heat of real ginger takes center stage alongside a robust hop profile. The aroma is dominated by the zesty, peppery snap of fresh ginger root, layered over the piney resins and subtle spice of Chinook hops. Columbus hops contribute a sharp, citrusy edge of grapefruit peel that cuts through the clean, pale malt backbone. On the palate, the ginger provides a lively, spicy kick that complements a firm bitterness and a crisp, dry finish. It is a bold, refreshingly piquant interpretation that balances earthy botanical heat with classic American hop character.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a persistent, fluffy white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh, spicy ginger root followed by resinous pine and spicy notes from Chinook hops. Distinct citrus zest and grapefruit from Columbus hops are supported by a very low, clean, grainy malt presence.

Taste. Initial impression is an assertive ginger spice, followed by hop flavors of pine and citrus. Medium-high bitterness is clean and sharp. Low grainy malt sweetness provides a brief support before a dry, lingering finish with a spicy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture and moderate to high carbonation. A noticeable spicy tingle from the ginger is present, with very low alcohol warmth.
