This botanical Saison expresses the rustic charm of a farm-grown wild ale. A vibrant bouquet of lemongrass and lemon verbena dominates the profile, interwoven with the aromatic complexity of lemon basil and the floral, spicy depth of bee balm. On the palate, pineapple mint offers a subtle tropical lift against a canvas of grainy, rustic malt. The fermentation character is quintessential, providing peppery yeast notes and a sharp, bone-dry finish. Appearance. Pale gold (6 SRM) with a dense, rocky white head that leaves persistent lacing. The beer is unfiltered, exhibiting a distinct haze and lively effervescence.
