The grist, featuring Maris Otter, wheat, and oat flakes, provides a soft, pillowy foundation for an explosion of New World hops. Citra leads with sharp lemon zest, while El Dorado imparts lush, freshly cut apricot notes. Vic Secret rounds out the profile with deep tropical fruit intensity. The appearance is characterized by a dense, opaque haze and a persistent meringue-like head. Appearance. Color is straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with a distinct, opaque haze. Features a thick, white, meringue-like head with high retention and significant lacing.
