Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (8-10 SRM). Displays a misty, hazy clarity due to being unfiltered and unpasteurized, topped with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring prominent freshly cut lime and zesty citrus, complemented by earthy spice. The malt presence is medium-low, characterized by bready and biscuity notes from the English malts. Fermentation is clean with very low fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is dry and hop-forward. Medium to high hop flavor mirrors the aroma with lime zest and herbal spiciness. The malt flavor provides a firm biscuity and toasted bread support without caramel sweetness. Bitterness is assertive and firm (approx. 50 IBU), lingering into a very dry, crisp, and mineral-edged finish.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, enhancing the dry sensation of the deep attenuation. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated; no hop-derived astringency is present.
