This American Pale Ale presents a vibrant sensory profile characterized by a focused hop selection. Ekuanot hops lead the aromatic charge, delivering intense layers of tropical fruit, lime, and subtle pine, supported by the clean, bready foundation of Pale Ale malt. On the palate, a firm bitterness derived from Cascade hops provides a classic grapefruit and floral counterpoint to the fruity hop character. Despite its sessionable strength, the infusion mashing process ensures a resilient, medium body that avoids being watery, leading to a crisp, dry finish. It is a well-balanced example of the style, prioritizing high drinkability and refreshing hop-forward complexity.

Appearance. Pale gold to light amber (approx. 6-8 SRM). Topped by a moderately large, creamy white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing. Brilliantly clear.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring Ekuanot's distinct notes of melon, lime, and tropical fruit with a touch of herbal spice and pine. A low, supporting malt aroma of toasted bread and grain from the Pale Ale malt is present. Clean fermentation profile with minimal yeast esters.

The bitterness is moderate to high but well-integrated, supported by a grainy, biscuity malt backbone.
