Pivovar Raven Lemon Iced Tea
This sessionable American Pale Ale is a bright, sensory-forward refresher designed for maximum drinkability. The profile is defined by a vibrant infusion of whole fresh lemons and aromatic green tea, which provides a unique herbal backbone and a snappy citrus acidity. Juicy Citra hops amplify the lemon notes with additional layers of grapefruit zest and tropical fruit. Despite its light 3.5% ABV, the beer maintains a supportive, grainy malt base that provides a clean canvas for the adjuncts. It finishes crisp and dry, with the herbal tannins of the tea and the pithy bitterness of the Citra hops lingering pleasantly.
Appearance. Pale straw to light golden (3–5 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It pours with a moderately large, frothy white head that shows good retention and leaves delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity citrus-forward aroma, dominated by fresh lemon zest and the floral, slightly earthy perfume of green tea. The Citra hops contribute distinct notes of grapefruit and lime.
