This Czech Premium Pale Lager showcases the vibrant intensity of fresh, "green" hops against a foundational backdrop of rich, bready Czech malt. Brewed at 11° Plato, the aroma is dominated by a spicy and herbal bouquet with a distinctively resinous, fresh-picked quality characteristic of the seasonal harvest. The appearance is a deep gold, slightly hazy due to being unfiltered, crowned by a dense, creamy white head. On the palate, a soft but assertive bitterness balances complex toasted bread notes. The finish is long and rounded, reflecting the soft water profile and traditional bottom-fermentation, delivering a crisp yet characterful drinking experience.

Appearance. Deep gold color (5-6 SRM). Dense, long-lasting, creamy white head with excellent lacing. Slight haze due to being unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity; rich bready-rich malt and a prominent spicy, herbal, and resinous fresh hop bouquet. Very low diacetyl and negligible fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression of rich, complex bready maltiness followed by a pronounced, soft, and rounded bitterness. Flavors of toasted bread crust and spicy hop character. Prominent but never harsh bitterness (30-45 IBU context). Long, balanced finish with a clean aftertaste and a slight buttery diacetyl note.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Soft, rounded mouthfeel from low-sulfate water. No astringency; very light alcohol warmth.
