Pivovar Obora’s Pára is a rustic California Common that bridges the gap between old-world tradition and modern craft precision. This "Steam Beer" pours a deep amber with a persistent off-white head, offering an inviting aroma defined by woody and earthy hop notes. Appearance. Medium amber to light copper color with a slight haze from being unfiltered. Features a moderate, creamy off-white head with good retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring woody, earthy, and resinous hop character. Supported by a clean, low to moderate malt presence highlighting notes of toasted bread and a faint hint of caramel. Low fruity esters are present, characteristic of warmer lager fermentation.

Taste. Initial malt sweetness gives way to a pronounced, firm hop bitterness (42 IBU). Flavors of toasted grain and light caramel balance the rustic, herbal, and woody hop qualities. The fermentation is clean with a very light fruitiness, finishing fairly dry and crisp with a lingering woody bitterness and grainy malt aftertaste.
