This classic Weissbier from Pivovar Mazák marks a return to the brewery’s historical roots, delivering a vibrant sensory experience centered on traditional German fermentation character. It presents a high-intensity aromatic profile defined by ripe banana esters and spicy clove phenols, hallmarks of the specialized yeast strain. The grist, featuring a high proportion of wheat malt alongside Pilsner malt, provides a soft, bready, and doughy foundation that supports the yeast-driven complexity. On the palate, the signature banana flavor is prominent but expertly balanced by a delicate grainy sweetness and very low bitterness. Exceptionally fresh and highly carbonated, it finishes dry and spritzy with a fluffy, refreshing mouthfeel.
Appearance. Pale gold with a persistent, uniform haze. Topped by a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Taste. Initial impression is soft and fruity with dominant banana flavors well-balanced by spicy clove. Mid-palate reveals bready wheat and light doughiness. Bitterness is very low, providing just enough structure to avoid cloying. The finish is relatively dry, clean, and highly refreshing.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a distinctive fluffy, creamy fullness. Very high carbonation creates a spritzy, effervescent sensation. No discernible alcohol warmth at five percent ABV.
